The Journey of Life

You walk down an un seen path

not knowing what lies ahead

you close your eyes and pray

for a glimpse of light instead

You wonder if you are alone

in a world that seems to have no end

it seems the path gets twisted and turned

how can we survive and make amends?

There is hope and peace in our journeys

what lies ahead is not that far

we just have to take a dear hold of it

then you'll see a bright shining star

Your path will get better, you will see

your fears will be calm and set free

because of that shining star that was meant for you

you will be set on the path that was meant to be

There, you will walk a seen path

with a beautiful brightness all around

you will then know what lies ahead

an eternal kingdom, how lovely is the sound!
